My Story

My Story | LCA: Handcrafted Cotswolds Home Décor and Wildlife-Inspired Art

Welcome to LCA — where the natural beauty of the Cotswolds meets handcrafted creativity.

I’m Liz, the founder and creative force behind LCA. My journey started with a deep passion for the British countryside — its rolling hills, vibrant wildlife, and the incredible landscapes that inspire. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, I began crafting unique, handmade home décor and wildlife-inspired art that brings a piece of the outdoors into your home.

With over 20 years of experience as an art teacher and Head of Art, creativity and craftsmanship have always been at the core of what I do. Each of my products is born from original artwork, blending my passion for art with my love for nature. What began as a small passion project quickly blossomed into a growing business, driven by a love for nature, sustainable design, and artisan craftsmanship.

LCA has been recognised for its dedication to quality and innovation. I’m incredibly proud to have been a finalist in the Blenheim Palace Start-Up Entrepreneur Competition, where we showcased our commitment to both creativity and business excellence. Additionally, we won a coveted stand at the Spring Fair 2025 with Theo Paphitis from Dragons’ Den and the Small Business Sunday (SBS) community. This milestone was made even more special when I received the 75 Years of Excellence Award for Home Living & Décor at Spring Fair, further solidifying our commitment to providing exceptional, nature-inspired products.

At LCA, I pride myself on creating eco-friendly products that tell a story — one of British wildlife, timeless artistry, and the charm of the Cotswolds countryside. I take great care in using sustainable materials, ensuring that my creations are as kind to the planet as they are to your home.

Whether you're seeking unique British gifts or looking to bring the beauty of the countryside indoors with nature-inspired home décor, I'm here to offer you something truly special.

Thank you for supporting my journey and helping me share a little piece of the Cotswolds with the world.
