Returns
I hope you are happy with your Liz Corley Art product. But please see the returns policy below for information regarding returns.
Personalised/bespoke/commissioned goods are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items include:
- Commissions
- Original Artwork
All other products have a 14 day returns policy from delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please email: lizcorleyart@gmail.com within the 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please then return to us using the address given on acknowledgement of return email. You have 14 days to return to the address following receipt of the return email from us.
Exchanges
We only replace Liz Corley Art products if faulty or damaged. Please contact us at lizcorleyart@gmail.com for more information.
